US Domestic Shipping:
► Orders ship via USPS or UPS service. We may change carriers at our discretion. You may track your order via the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email. Items will ship to the address given in the order. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged during shipping.
► FREE DOMESTIC US SHIPPING on orders over $100
► We typically ship within 3 business days of order receipt
► You will receive a shipment notification email once your item(s) ships
► We are unable to expedite shipping after processing without additional shipping charges.
► We are currently shipping to the following International locations only: Canada
► Shipping times are only estimates, please be aware that it could take up to 10 days to 2 weeks for items to arrive due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any duty or customs charges. We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged during shipping.
► $14 standard shipping to Canada for packages less thank $15 and under 8 lbs
► $18 standard shipping to Canada for packages $15.01-$34.99 and under 8 lbs
► Minimum shipping charges to Canada for any packages weighing 8-10 lbs., regardless of order total is $24.00.
► If an item is considered over-sized it will be indicated in the item description.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages:
Orders that are not deliverable and are sent back to us by the shipping carrier will be refunded upon receipt of the order. If you would like to have the order resent additional shipping charges will apply.
Chickwares is not responsible for items after they ship to you. If an item is lost in transit or cannot be delivered and NOT returned to us, you must contact the shipping service directly to resolve any shipping issues and/or file any claims necessary.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, all items except apparel are FINAL SALE. Apparel items include: Tops, Sweatshirts, Bottoms and Jackets. Face Masks cannot be returned or exchanged. Apparel items may be exchanged for merchandise or credit only. Please contact us to exchange your item within 5 days of delivery. Item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition, with tags attached. If an item arrives to you damaged or is defective you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report and document damages. We will do all we can to make it right!
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org first before returning an apparel item for exchange or credit so that we can issue an RMA and shipping label when requested. Once an RMA is issued items must be shipped back to us within 5 days.
Buyers are responsible for shipping back any item for exchange or credit. We will ship back exchanged item(s) free of charge. Boutique credits are valid for 1 year from date of issue.
► Pre-Orders are charged upon checkout. Your item will ship by date indicated, if there is a delay longer than 2 weeks from estimated ship date you have the option to cancel your order and a refund will be issued in the same manner payment was received. Coupon codes and other discounts will be forfeited.
